真空除氧器操作说明:
1、气体在水中的溶解度与气体在水面温度和气体类型上的分压有关。根据亨利定律,当水温达到相应压力下的饱和温度时,水开始沸腾,其在水中的溶解度等于零。此时不再溶解气体,水面上的蒸汽压力等于外压,气体的分压等于零。水的沸点与水的压力成正比。例如,在正常温度下,水在100度沸腾,当压力降低时,水的沸点降低。真空除氧的原理使表面上的水的压力抽成真空,沸腾的普通开水达到脱氧的目的。
真空除氧器除氧头、除氧水箱、抽真空装置、真空引水泵等均可安装,适用于蒸汽锅炉给水系统、热水锅炉给水除氧器除水等气体。它具有以下优点:
(1)除氧装置不仅能除去水中的氧气,也可除去二氧化碳和其他气体;
(2)当氧气消耗的蒸汽锅炉,全部使用;
(3)氧热水供暖锅炉房没有额外的蒸汽时,水的供应;
(4)运行稳定,真空度高,操作方便;
(5)从正常运行的时间开始,除氧效果不变,当负荷变化在0-120 %的范围;

除氧器设备附件:
1、除氧器在安装工地与水箱的接口圈焊接,构成除氧设备,除氧器设备附件包括:
2、安全阀:装在除氧头及水箱上,当设备内压力超出允许值时,安全阀自动打开泄压,起安全保护作用。
3、压力表:装在除氧器上部及水箱上,监视水箱内水的压力。
4、温度计:装在除氧器及水箱中部,监视水箱内的温度。
5、蝶阀:装在加热蒸汽管路上,借助电动调整器,调节加热蒸汽流量,以使除氧器内压力保持在额客范围内。
6、截止阀:装在二次加热蒸汽管路上,调节二次加热蒸汽流量。
7、调节阀:装在化学补水管上,借助电动水温调节系统,调节补给水流量,以维护水箱的正常水位。
8、水位表:装在水箱上,监视内箱内的水位。
9、动闸阀:装在水箱放水管路上,当水箱水位超过某一极限时,借助电动水位调节系统,电动闸阀自动打开,将超出极限水位的那部分水排到疏水箱去。
10、压力自动调整器:自动调节加热蒸汽进口法兰的开度,既调节蒸汽流量,又保持除氧器内压力稳定。
11、电动水位调节系统:自动调节补给水流量及控制极限水位放水阀(电动闸阀)。
12、监视除氧器内主凝结水:化学补水、疏水、加热蒸汽进口及给水,排汽出口温度的温度计。
13、监视加热蒸汽:主凝结水、化学补水、疏水进口压力的压力表。
